ORLANDO, Fla. -- Darden Restaurants Incorporated said it has agreed to sell its Smokey Bones barbeque & Grill chain for about $80 million. Darden sold the chain to an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners Incorporated, barbeque Integrated Incorporated.
